|Recommended: YesMove In — Overall since we moved in in June everything has been great. Had to put in a maintenance request and the time from then to when they came out to fix was fast as well. Parking is okay but that with any apartment complex.

|Recommended: YesI have been here a week now. I am extremely happy to call this home. Management is absolutely amazing The grounds are well kept and you see staff driving around all the time. It is quiet and very pleasant. Your fur babies will love it here. Bark Park is well maintained.

Thank you for your 4 start review of Willow Brook.
|Recommended: YesNice Place To Live — If you have lived in other apartments in Austin, you will likely have many complaints i.e noise, bugs, mold, absent owners, non existent maintenance. Willowbrook makes it very easy with their online portal, on site maintenance and friendly in office staff. Public Library across the street, I-35 right around the corner, close but not too close for noise. Easy parking is a great bonus. Just renewed lease for an additional 18 months to lock in a reasonable monthly rent increase. Air Conditioner died 2 months ago, maintenance Jumped in and repaired in 2 days with a new, bigger A.C unit.
