We lived here 19 years going on twenty.
Manager Vicky and the office staff are very friendly and always on top of giving the apartments any alerts and taking care of any concerns to keep the area clean.m and the landscape is nice.
We have a great Maintance crew . We enjoy living at Williow Brook. Nice pool and laundry room and even a area of pets.

|Recommended: YesNew Tenant Apartment Review — I'm not sure why Willow Brook has such bad ratings. The office staff is nice, responsive, and helpful. My apartment was clean upon move in and I had no issues Because it is an older complex, the insulation isn't great, so I can hear people talking in the parking lots and car doors closing etc, but those are very minimal noise issues. It's affordable and I feel very safe here. I definitely recommend it

|Recommended: NoDon’t Rent Here — Their app wouldn’t save my auto pay and charge me multiples fees for a couples of the months already. Is not like the quality is good here.
We appreciate you letting us know about the difficulty you are experiencing with the auto-pay app, please reach out to us when things of this nature arise so we can determine the source of the problem and assist with getting it handled. If you will contact the resident portal tech support personnel at 1-877-826-9700 they can help to discover why the app is not performing as intended. Sometimes there are updates that have to be downloaded on the phone or computer in use or an outdated link is in use. The tech support staff will be able to help you with this issue and should be able to resolve the problem.
Site staff do not have any access to residents' personal banking transactions on the portal system as a security requirement for the program. You are the only person that can update, change, or manage the auto pay function for your personal account. The Entrata portal tech support division can walk you through anything that might improve your outcomes.
We value your residency here and desire for you to have a smoothly functioning resource on the portal. Please don't hesitate to ask us for assistance if you have questions or concerns.

Thank you for taking time to write a review. We are sorry for you unpleasant experience and we understand that each resident has concerns and issues that require attention. We take your evaluation seriously and we would welcome the chance to speak to you directly via phone or in person at the Leasing Center about this issue. Please contact us at your earliest convenience.
Please know that you are not alone in experiencing the type of problem you describe as this type of event exists throughout the Austin metro area and most urban living situations in the state and country. I am going to email you a tip sheet with information from the local police and national insurance agencies for best practices to avoid exposing yourself to crimes of this kind. Additionally, please revisit your lease contract and addendums regarding Security Guidelines which has superb information provided to assist you in avoiding any further events of this type. Storing any kind of valuables in your vehicle is not a good practice as it makes you vulnerable to thieves of opportunity who have little regard for others' personal items and privacy.
We do hope to hear from you soon in order that we can go over any specifics that you may have questions and concerns about that need to be addressed. It is unfortunate that this challenging event has overshadowed your living experience in our community and we want to help you to avoid future problems of any type.

|Recommended: YesLove my home — I am very happy living here at Willow Brook my move in was simple, easy, and fast my apartment is beautiful. Mindy was organized, and prepared, all staff was very nice including maintenance It's nice to come home to a clean property, Sparkling pool. The only negative issue I have is Parking little to no parking If I could, and if it was an option, I would buy a reserved parking spot. Overall 5 STARS

|Recommended: YesWe are on year six — We love Willow Brook We've lived here for six years now and have no plans to leave. Both the office staff and everyone in maintenance are great. Everyone is very nice, polite and quick to respond. The complex is quiet, always kept up, great communication and an awesome pool
