|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live, But The Available Parking Spaces Near Your Build May Differ — great place, staff is nice and have worked with me when needed. the parking gets harder to find the later the day unfortunately.

|Recommended: YesGreat Living Environment — I have live here for about a month and I can say the place is great, no loud noises, parking is great, the office is always attentive, the place is kept very clean at all times, and when there is constructions it is not a bother at all. I have to had a maintenance issue so I wouldn’t be able to speak on that behalf, but overall everything seems great Would definitely recommend this place

|Recommended: YesPerfect For Non-Luxury — If you've got windows or a door-there will be a bug or two that get into your apartment. It's not lack of care of the property staff managers. You're a human living in a bugs world...grow up. It's definitely not luxury but hey man, you get a fair price for a good roof and quiet community, close to downtown without the raucous of it. If that's your prerogative you'll love it here. If you need more luxury, or higher end looks it's not your place. Leave it to the people who can appreciate the nuance of a place that offers comfort and convenience.

|Recommended: YesPeaceful Home — Coming from upstate NY this was an upgrade for my husband I.
The complex at least the section we live at is nice, looks like plenty of parking spaces available.
The complex is pretty big It looks like where the studios and one bedrooms not as much parking as the 2 bedroom apts.
The maintenance team fixed my lock on front door the very next day, talk about great service
I told the sweet lady at the desk we saw a roach in the bedroom, she said not to worry. She said put a ticket in, in the service portal and some one would be out to spray.
There is really only complaint I wish the laundry facility took quarters.
I can’t do laundry here the app don’t work Ice been on the phone with customer service they did nothing to resolve the issue, just sucks I can’t do laundry here.
