|Recommended: YesNice place to live — If you have lived in other apartments in Austin, you will likely have many complaints i.e noise, bugs, mold, absent owners, non existent maintenance. Willowbrook makes it very easy with their online portal, on site maintenance and friendly in office staff. Public Library across the street, I-35 right around the corner, close but not too close for noise. Easy parking is a great bonus. Just renewed lease for an additional 18 months to lock in a reasonable monthly rent increase. Air Conditioner died 2 months ago, maintenance Jumped in and repaired in 2 days with a new, bigger A.C unit.

|Recommended: YesMove in review. — We had a wonderful experience getting ready to move in here. Mindy helped us out so much and she is highly informative, kind, and has a very quick response time as well. All great qualities
So far, we are impressed but there is a lot of dog poop on the grounds and that is an issue. It looks like there are dog poop bag stations around the complex, but the stations are not stocked with poop bags, so it seems like residents are just leaving their dog poop wherever they do their business. I understand that the residents should have dog poop bags when they take their animal for a walk, but everyone is human and forgets once and a while. I have lived here for less than 48 hours and have stepped in dog poop twice walking out of my apartment, and as a non-pet owner having to pick up dog poop in my front yard is quite annoying and very inconsiderate as well.

Willow Brook is proud to be a pet friendly community and we strive to provide the best service we can achieve for our community members. We apologize for our other residents that are not picking up after their pets. We will work to increase awareness about the necessity of properly removing pet waste as well as provide an emphasis on the sector of our site where your building is located in an effort to identify the source(s) of the problem and resolve them quickly.
We provide 12 pet station supply stands throughout the community as well as a pet park and we typically use 2,000 bags (or more) per month in keeping them stocked, Our maintenance team does check grounds daily with a goal of keeping our grounds poop free. Please let us know if you are able to identify any particular pet owner(s) and pets that are creating problems in the common areas and we will address that whenever needed. We must rely upon resident pet owners to pick up after their pets in compliance with the lease but if even one owner that fails to do so, on any given day who typically take their pet outside at least 2x daily, a lot of dog poop can pile up quickly.
We will continue to make sure we address each situation as it arises and will take action to reach out to pet owners in our community for complying with pet poop pick up requirements. If you have any more concerns or questions, please feel free to contact management for assistance whenever needed.

|Recommended: YesI don’t like maintenance — Overall i like the living space very calm and quite maintenance staff worst he came into my home went into my restroom without permission invaded my privacy said my dog didn’t let him in, my dog didn’t even touch all she was barking she let him and he went into my room or i think he did without any permission or noticed ,

|Recommended: YesSo Far So Good — I moved in a little over a week ago and it has been so quiet. The only thing I don't like is dogs being off the leash while walking the grounds. The maintenance team is quick and courteous. Thank you Willow Brook.

We lived here 19 years going on twenty.
Manager Vicky and the office staff are very friendly and always on top of giving the apartments any alerts and taking care of any concerns to keep the area clean.m and the landscape is nice.
We have a great Maintance crew . We enjoy living at Williow Brook. Nice pool and laundry room and even a area of pets.
