|Recommended: YesI Love Living Here — I love how quiet it is and all my neighbors are really friendly. If I ever need maintenance they come over immediately every time. The office staff is always super friendly and I could not recommend a better place than Willowbrook.

|Recommended: YesWillow Brooks Just Moved In — I just moved in a month ago, but I’m generally very happy. The maintenance staff is really awesome and so quick. Barely can hear neighbors, especially at night. The only thing I’ve noticed is that there is a lot of garbage on the grounds, which is less the complexes’ fault and more a problem with messy residents. Also lots of fire ants

Willow Brook strives to provide a well-cared for, clean, community at all times. It is very unfortunate that some residents and guests are not picking up after themselves and do not use any of the many, many, trash and recycle containers we provide. We will work to increase awareness about this issue among community members.
We do rely upon our residents to diligently care for and keep our community clean. We will continue to make sure we address each situation as it arises.

|Recommended: YesDecent Enough — Not bad, amazing staff employees. You honestly get what you are renting, overall it’s an nice apartment complex to live in. One thing tho I feel they could at least upgrade their apartments cause some of the appliances in the apartment need to be updated

|Recommended: YesI Love My Home — This complex is older, but kept up and I personally have loved living here for the last two years. All my neighbors are respectful and working class. I moved here in winter before Quarantine, so I look forward to using the pool, which was the selling point for me after everything has opened back up
